Built with a unique combination of oil-tanned and vegetable-tanned leathers, these boots naturally stretch and mold to your feet over time. The veg-tan leather footbed (no nasty plastic that trap odor) forms a custom imprint with wear, while the structured heel counter locks your heel in place. As the upper softens, it wraps your ankle like a second skin. And because the boots are fully rebuildable, we can restore the sole and base while preserving the broken-in comfort you’ve earned.
Our leather is up to 50% thicker – at a whopping 8-9oz (3.2-3.6mm) – than standard work boots. Picture the thickness of the bill of your favorite cap! That means more protection, longer life, & boots that don’t break down after one season.
