    Fit creepy good.

I am a aroborist in Alaska. Big fan of Jacob from guilty of treeson. Watched his video of your shop and the process of the boot builds yall do. Needed a more comfortable steel shanked climbing boot. Ordered on-line which I was real sketched out about. But thought if they don't fit right I'd send them back. Or fly down and have them fit. I received them and laced them up and to my surprise they fit like a glove like they were custom built for me. I just ordered one size smaller then my normal shoe size. And bingo. Thanks guys! Jon Gattenby happy customer. 😊

    Great boots!

I did a lot of research for Climbing boots that have the old school feel, I’m glad I went with JK. Worth every dollar for these boots. The comfort is unreal heavy duty boots, took 4 days to break in working 12 hour days. Craft-ma ship is top notch.

    Best climbing boots out there

Most comfortable pair of boots to climb in hands down. I put them on as soon as I wake up to go to work and don’t take em off till I’m ready to go to bed, no foot pain and hardly any break in period. Definitely worth it to get a pair of JKs especially these climbers if you’re going to be climbing poles.

    Arborist climber

The boots are essential for doing removals with spikes. I’m very glad I was patient and waited for a custom pair. I have never had a pair of old world leather boots. The break in of the upper and toes were easy. The heal cup was a real process to break in and took about 2 weeks. That being said I’ve never had to break in any pair of boots like this. I’m happy with my purchase and hope to wear these for many years. These boots are actually crazy to climb in. The way the heel lays into the spikes it’s actually adding a certain level of stability and strength that I was not used to before. The construction of the heel and arch are extremely tough and well built to withstand climbing all day. Only wearing these on removals with spikes I have tried to wear the on pruning and trimming and they flexible is very difficult. These boots were not built for that. They are purposely built for the spikes. It’s a linemen boot that had crossed over to my industry.
