The Fight Came To Our Home

For 20 years, we've handmade wildland fire boots here in Spokane for the people who run toward fires. This week, that fight came to our own streets.

On Saturday Aug 1, a fire sparked into 50-mph gusts of wind and crossed into the city by nightfall. 640+ structures lost and 5,390 acres burned in just hours. Officials are calling it likely the most destructive wildfire in Washington state history. These are all neighborhoods we know, streets we drive through every day, and homes belonging to our neighbors, customers, and friends.

So we're going all in for the crews on the line and for the families who lost everything. 

Homefront Day

Wednesday August 5th was Homefront day where 100% of profits from every sale will go straight to Spokane residents who lost their homes. Every store. Everywhere online. All day. Not just a percentage of a product but 100% of all profit. Thank you to everyone who purchased a pair of boots!

50 pairs donated for the crews

For all active firefighting personnel working on the Spokane fires: come in to the store, get fitted, and walk out in new boots. No break-in needed. From our floor to the fire line on the same day.

A recharge station for firefighters

Open now at JK Boots HQ. We are offering hot coffee, hot food, water. A place to wash up, cool off, and rest for all the crews fighting these fires. Our break room is yours. Daily, 7AM-9PM at our 10220 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley location.
