“Amazing “
★★★★★"The quality is above top notch, and these boots look and feel great. Many compliments at work, and just breaking them in I ran down the street while my young son was riding his bike. Felt much BETTER than running shoes to the point I was actually amazed. I wear my jeans over the boots and the ladies in the office thought they were a very nice casual dress shoe. I kept getting questions while I was there bc they couldn't figure out why I had nicer shoes on instead of work boots.
The christy sole is fantastic for comfort. I did a whole size down and length is perfect. Width felt super tight at first try on and I may go EE next time, but I'm still barely getting them broken in so maybe not. Only issue is some pressure at the middle sole of my feet that I believe will go away as I wear them in since it improved drastically in just a few wears. I highly recommend JK. I love my previous work boots (major national chain, think Detroit Hockey team) but I'm never going back. The hand made quality and materials is just so much better over what I had, even though I still think my old boots are great. They were actually my gateway to get here, if that makes sense."
“Harvester, a dream come true!“
★★★★★"I don’t write reviews. This is 1 of 3 that I’ve ever completed. All I can say is WOW! I own several pairs of handmade boots (Nicks & Whites). Wish I would’ve pulled the trigger on a pair of JK’s sooner. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to quality boots. I’m so impressed that I purchased 2 additional pairs of Harvester to put into rotation.
Love the look of a traditional logger style boot. However, I can’t stand the amount of mud that cakes in the tread of the sole. especially if you’re in and out of equipment and vehicles. The Harvester is the perfect solution to a logger style boot via the Vibram mini lug sole. I know that resole’s will be more frequent due to the reduction in material. That is the only downside I can see.
When you’re purchasing boots, add the bison insoles to your purchase and put them over top of the provided insoles. It’s night and day with regards to comfort.
If you depend on your feet to make you money, spend the money and your body will thank you. Don’t let the price impact your decision to do the right thing for your feet and body."
“Best work boot I've ever had in my life“

Getting work boots has always been a pain. When I would find a pair that kinda fit, I would be lucky to get 3-5 months and the side were blown out.
1.5 years ago I ordered my first pair of 15 8E OTs.
I was very skeptical, but man I've never had a boot so comfortable. First boot I didn't have to put insoles into and the sides of my toes were not rubbed raw.
After 6 months I was sold so I ordered a pair of superdutys. Just as the OTs were top notch these superdutys are as well. Currently rolling up on 1.5 years on the ots and have the superdutys on stand by when they finally reach their limit. Im mobile machinist so these boots get worn in the mud,sand rock,hot metal chips, torch ****, grinding. They take it all. I just hope Jk always keeps 15 8e composite toe option ha. Pictures show my ots at work and the 1.5 years old Ots next to my new superdutys "
“Best boots out there“
★★★★★"I bought my first pair when I needed to have the required safety boots for a particular area at my employer. I've since retired from that position but I love these boots and buy a new style or leather when I feel like it. I live in the Phoenix area so long pants aren't always practical. I have some 8 inch boots that work with shorts but I can alter what I wear when I feel like it. I've tried other boot makers in the PNW but JK is my go to. I have friends overseas that ask me to buy them and ship them over. The choices of color and leather options keep me coming back. I usually go for the rough out because they take a lot of scuffing as advertised. You can't go wrong with JK."

★★★★★"Started with this boot for my first foray into the hand made realm. While I normally wear a 10.5, the fitting chart suggested 8.5. The boots arrived and the quality was immediately evident. The fit was snug, as expected, although tight across the top of the instep and my right big toe rubbed slightly. It took about 5 days of inside wearing for the boots to break-in and they now feel excellent. So comfortable that I typically wear them around the house at the end of the day. I will be ordering an taller boot soon. Thank you to all of the craftsman who build them, great product and company!"

“Finally! boots that fit me!“
★★★★★"I've always had Neanderthal level wide feet (4e/5e depending) and this is the first pair of boots that my foot has not spilled over the side of. Break-in was a little rough, but after oiling with obenaufs it didn't take too long. Would highly recommend these to anyone needing a true custom fit boot. Make sure you size up on the width if you wear thick wool socks. My boots fit snug against my foot with regular crew socks, so going up one width size would probably be helpful. Only regret is that I didn't buy a pair of superduties to go with it! "

★★★★★"This is my first pair of pacific north west hand made boots so before ordering I called for sizing advice. My call was answered promptly by a helpful person (can't remember his name) who after some questions suggested I go a full size smaller than my 10.5 to a 9.5.
I don't like my boots too tight so I split the difference and ordered size 10. I should have listened to the pros.
The return/exchange procedure on the web site was fast and easy.
Got my new 9.5's in and they fit perfectly right out of the box. Love them!

★★★★★"I've only ever owned 1 pair of boots that I wear for social occasions so I was anxious about getting these. Rose Anvil on YouTube highly recommended these saying it is $600 worth of boots at half price. That's a bold statement. I would say even from my limited experience that claim is true. Hell the customer service alone was worth the price. They texted me every week to let me know what the process of the boots they were on and exactly when my order would arrive. Thanks for being an honest company that stands behind a good product."
