"I bought these 6 months ago after deciding JK looked like the most real work boot manufacturer out of the usual suspects. They had a limited amount of models and the least amount of hipster office worker marketing. I am happy I did, they broke in fast and are wearing good. I work in auto body and tend to beat my boots up pretty bad with dust and chemicals. These still clean up well and look decent. I will need new souls after a year, but that is to be expected. If you want work boots for doing work these are the boots for you."

"It was bittersweet to find out from JK’s customer support that my original pair of PNW boots that had been rebuilt twice by JK from 2016 were end of life and couldn’t be rebuilt again. Based on previous customer support, quality craftsmanship, and comfort I didn’t hesitate to order these Custom Bison Forefronts! They are my first complete pair of JK’s. If you’re on the fence about paying for bison upgrade rest assured it’s well worth the investment. The out of the box comfort was better than my 8yr old uppers at the end of the day no more “ankle bite.” I have not worn my 2 other pairs since these have arrived. I will be ordering another pair of Custom JK’s in Bison before these are sent in for a resole next year. "
