I looked at boots for probably two months before picking JK's. It took two months for me to get my boots but hey they were a custom order. I loved the looks of them when I got them what beautiful boots where. First day out of the box I wore them for 10 to 12 hours the first day. There was little breain time and man they feel great every time I put them on. Quality that is next to no other. Customer service is next to no other. To p notch crew there in Spokane WA. I just wanna say another thank you to Bruce there and the whole JK family there. Now to figure out a way to get them to accidentally job a pair of custom packers in the mail.
Thanks JK you all rock.

I'm 8.5 on the brannock. I fall between 2E and 3E on my circumference according to JKs chart at size 7.5 (one size down per reccomend). 7.5 gives me a thumbs width between the tip of my toe and the front of the boot, also per reccomend. A 2E without any insole feels perfect. 2E with insole feels a little uncomfortable. So I ordered 3E with expectations to keep the insole in. For me, it seems that adding their insole gives the effect of decreasing the width by one size. They fit great around my heel, great around my ankles (after the first 60 hours), all the way to the ***** of my feet and then my toes have all the room in the world. You're feet cannot slip to the front in these boots if you have the laces tied.
I ordered a second pair in 2E, with expectations to use no insoles this time.
