Directions
- Complete your New Soles Service purchase.
- Please remove laces, tongue guards, inserts (including liners and orthotics), and all excess dirt debris.
- Package your boots and ship them to 10220 E Sprague Ave. Spokane Valley, WA 99206.

- Replacement of worn eyelets

- If manufacturing gets pushed out further, all lines are affected, not only yours in particular
- Shipping takes an additional 2-3 business days depending on the location
- Disclaimer; Loose threads from old uppers, or old sole stitches, and anything else are not guaranteed to be in perfect or symmetrical condition. Old original material may come loose, fall off, or fray. Note* this does not affect the new stitching, and it is cosmetic only. Our standards are as reasonable as can be achieved by handmade craftsmanship, and attaching new material to old. We are not responsible for anything that happens to the old, original materials.
