We want to make Purchasing the best boots in the world as simple and pain free as possible, providing our customers with total confidence in their experience and our product. Here at JK we will return or exchange your boots for you, as long as they meet our Exchange and Return Criteria. We offer one exchange per order, and boots must be in brand new condition
Don’t think the fit is right? We’ll exchange them Hassle free.
Every single pair of JK Boots are made by humans! This means that you can expect slight cosmetic imperfections consistent with a handmade process.
These include, but are not limited to, slight variances in:
• Eyelet Spacing
• Hook Spacing
• Boot Shaft Height (L vs R)
• Toe-box shape
• Hard Toe Shape
• Sewing Lines
• Sewing "back-stitches"
• Edge Trimming
• Outsole Placement
• Outsole Stitching
• Cosmetic appearance (leather texture, color, leather veins, minor scuffs)
We do not warranty boots damaged by fire, natural elements, chemicals or wear. Assessment of the repair will be made by inspection and the responsible party determined. JK will repair any boot, that by inspection, is a result of material or workmanship flaws within 6 months from the date of purchase.

To Exchange:

Place your boots back in the original box with a completed Exchange/Return form found inside the original box upon arrival

Ship back to JK Boots Facility, purchasing your own label at your carrier of choice.
Quick Rules for exchanges:
- Boots must be in Brand new/Unworn Cond. (Unworn outdoors, No scuffs, Dirt, Heavy Creases)
- Exchange Arrival back to JK Boots facility within 30 days of original delivery to customer
- Exchange form completed and inside box
Please allow 7 - 14 days for our team to process your Exchange! If we have your size and model in stock, you'll receive an email with your exchange order details and tracking information. If your size and model are not in stock, your order will be placed into production with a 6 - 8 week turnaround time. JK Boots covers return shipping!
To Return:
- Place your boots back in the original box with a complete Exchange/Return form
- Ship back to JK Boots Facility, purchasing your own label at your carrier of choice.
Quick Rules for Returns:
- Boots must be in Brand new/Unworn Cond. (Unworn outdoors, No scuffs, Dirt, Heavy Creases)
- Return Arrival back to JK Boots facility within 30 days of original delivery to customer
- Return form completed and inside box
- All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Please allow 7 - 14 days for our team to process your Return! Once your refund has been issued, it will take 3 - 5 business days to be credited back to your original payment method. These times can vary depending on individual financial institutions.

Processing an exchange for a Custom pair of boots and sending a new set can take 8 - 10 weeks because they are Custom Boots. JK Boots covers return shipping!

-What Is NOT Eligible To Be Returned?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items;
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order delivery date
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition
- Factory Seconds boots
- Original shipping charges & fees
- Original try on charge
- Final Sale or Close Out items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
- Mismate size boots
- Boots with custom uppers
- Caulk Loggers, Ironhide, and Station boots.
-What is your Adjustments/fixes policy?
We want to be able offer as many Boot models, Sizes and Boot options as possible to get you what you need off the bat. JK Boots does not offer sizing or boot anatomy adjustments such as:
Stretching, Shrinking, Lowering the arch, Raising the arch, removing hard toes, heel slip, heel rub or adjusting the fit of the uppers.
We can refer you to a local cobbler in your area to assist with those specific needs. See Link.

We repair and work on only the following brands:

JK Boots offers the following repair services:
- New Heels: Replace a heel stack and cap to be made like new! - $60 base price

New Soles: One full resole done to our standards!
- Classic JK Boots - $205 base price
- 300 Line - $179
- Cork/Caulk Boots - $285 base price
- Rebuild: A JK Boots rebuild consists of new lower! (Vamp, Counter, Insole, Midsole, Sole, and Heel) - $329 base price
- General Repairs: Eyelet replacement, Patch repair, loose stitching, edge stain, replacement sock liner - prices vary depending on selection
Please know that JK Boots is not responsible for any personal effects returned with boots, such as, but not limited to, socks, laces, tongue guards, liners, insoles, or orthotics. For all repair services, please remove any of said items as well as excess dirt and debris before shipping.
