I’m on my second pair of JK Ostrich boots.

My first pair was brown, and after wearing them hard, I knew I needed another, so I picked up a black pair as well. Both pairs have been incredible. From the moment I put them on, they fit like a glove. No break-in period, no hot spots, just immediate comfort and support.

I spend a lot of time volunteering on a ranch in Arizona that focuses on equine therapy for kids & veteran's, so these boots aren’t just for show, they get used. And they’ve held up to everything. What’s been especially telling is how many serious riders and cowboys have stopped me to ask about them. They’re always surprised to hear they’re from an American brand out of the Pacific Northwest.

That part makes it even better for me, my initials are JK, and I’m from the Northwest too. So anytime someone compliments the boots, I get to point them straight to JK Boots with a lot of pride of ownership.

As long as JK keeps making these, I’ll keep wearing them. These are the real deal.

Hey, these boots are beautiful. They fit wonderfully and feel good even compared to the jk Ace. The quality is better on these than the ace, but there are still some issues. Looks like some staining problems, and the leather appears ripped or scratched but I’m really not sure if that is just a function of the leather. All in all, these are better boots than the ace and they look awesome.
